When most would give up, we doubled down. A Sohal tang with a severe lateral wound—deep enough to almost expose its spine—was treated using high-dose praziquantel and concentrated Multimedikal dips. Full recovery within weeks.

Copper is often marketed as the go-to treatment for parasites in marine fish. But from experience, it's ineffective against embedded parasites, stresses fish, and kills sensitive species. We've saved more fish since we stopped using it.
